1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using QR NFT Creator ("the Tool"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Tool.

2. What QR NFT Creator is

QR NFT Creator is a browser-based design tool for creating QR code NFT cards for identity, affiliate links, AI agents, and real-world assets. It is a design and export tool — it does not mint NFTs, manage wallets, or interact with any blockchain directly.

3. No data storage

The Tool does not collect, store, or process user data on any server. All designs, collections, and settings are stored exclusively in your browser's local storage. You are solely responsible for backing up your data by exporting your collection JSON.

⚠️ We cannot recover lost data, collections, or license keys. Export your work regularly.

4. License and access

The Tool is available in three tiers:

Free: Basic features with watermarked exports, available to all users at no cost.
PRO ($19): One-time payment granting access to additional layouts, output sizes, themes, and watermark-free HD exports.
ELITE ($49): One-time payment granting all PRO features plus Asset / RWA NFT layouts and future updates.

License keys are issued via Gumroad upon purchase. Each key grants a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the unlocked features.

5. License keys

License keys are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. We do not store license keys on any server. If you lose your key, you will need to contact Gumroad directly for recovery assistance.

License keys are for personal use only and may not be shared, resold, or distributed.

6. Payments and refunds

All purchases are processed through Gumroad. By purchasing a license, you agree to Gumroad's terms and conditions.

Purchases are one-time payments — there are no subscriptions or recurring charges.

Due to the digital nature of the product and the instant delivery of license keys, refunds are generally not offered once a license key has been issued. If you experience a technical issue with your purchase, please contact us at @cryptofundix and we will work to resolve it.

7. User responsibilities

You are responsible for:

All content you create, including QR code destinations and linked URLs
Ensuring your QR code destinations comply with applicable laws
Backing up your collection data regularly via JSON export
Keeping your license key safe and secure
How you use, distribute, or mint the NFT cards you create

8. Prohibited uses

You may not use QR NFT Creator to:

Create QR codes that link to malicious, harmful, or illegal content
Impersonate individuals, organisations, or brands without permission
Engage in fraud, phishing, or deceptive practices
Violate the intellectual property rights of others
Circumvent or reverse-engineer the license key system

9. Intellectual property

The Tool, its design, code, and branding are owned by CryptoFundi. You retain full ownership of the NFT cards and designs you create using the Tool.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The Tool is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee:

Uninterrupted or error-free operation
The accuracy or reliability of any QR code or NFT metadata generated
That NFTs created with the Tool will be accepted by any specific marketplace
The availability or performance of third-party services linked through QR codes

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CryptoFundi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Tool, including loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of business opportunity.

12. Updates to the Tool

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue features of the Tool at any time. ELITE plan holders are entitled to all future updates as long as the Tool continues to be developed.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the Tool following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
