1. Who we are

QR NFT Creator is a privacy-first, browser-based design tool for creating QR code NFT cards. It is operated by CryptoFundi (@cryptofundix).

2. Data we do NOT collect

    🔐 We do not collect, store, or process any personal data on our servers — because we have no servers.
  

Specifically, we do not collect:

Your name, email, phone, or any contact information
Your wallet address or any blockchain identifiers
Your QR code content, links, or NFT designs
Your IP address or location data
Browser fingerprints or tracking cookies
Usage analytics or session recordings

3. How your data is stored

All data you enter — names, links, designs, collection items — is stored exclusively in your browser's localStorage. This means:

Your data lives only on your device
We cannot access it, view it, or recover it
Clearing your browser data will delete it permanently

⚠️ Important: Export your collection JSON regularly to back up your work. We cannot recover lost data.

4. No login required

QR NFT Creator does not require account creation, email registration, or any form of authentication. You can use the full tool anonymously.

5. Third-party payment providers

When you choose to purchase a PRO or ELITE license, you are directed to Gumroad — an independent payment platform. Gumroad may collect payment and transaction data independently according to their own privacy policy. We receive only confirmation that a valid license key was issued — no payment details are shared with us.

6. License keys

Your license key is stored in your browser's localStorage after activation. We do not store your license key on any server. If you clear your browser data or switch devices, you will need to re-enter your key to restore access.

⚠️ Keep your license key safe — we cannot recover it for you.

7. Cookies

QR NFT Creator does not use cookies for tracking or analytics. The tool uses browser localStorage only for saving your work and license status locally.

8. Children's privacy

This tool is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the tool constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
